Returns and Exchanges

Products:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase of any product on our website!  Any item that has not been worn or opened can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a new item within 7 days of delivery.  Shipping and handling is not covered and is the responsibility of the sender.

Any product that has been worn, used or opened, cannot be returned as they carry very specific energetic qualities.

If you receive the wrong item, a product that is broken, or breaks within 7 days of arrival, please contact us right away and we will get it replaced for you.

Videos for class participation:

All videos for class participation are not available for download and are only accessible through the member student portals.

Memberships:

Memberships are monthly and are billed automatically as such. If you choose to cancel your membership, cancelation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can cancel at any time.

Events/Workshops:

Once the tuition has been paid for an event or workshop, it is non-refundable from the venue.  In some cases, we may be able to transfer you to a different event on a later date depending on availability at that time. Scenarios may vary and terms for each event and product will be outlined accordingly.

 

Events & Retreats

You agree to and understand the following when registering for a The Northern Gateway event:

  • This event if for spiritual growth and education purposes and the minimum age requirement is 18 years of age to attend.

  • The speakers/authors/healers in these events do not dispense medical advice or prescribe the use of any technique as a form of treatment for physical, emotional, or medical problems. The intent is only to offer information of a general nature to help you in your quest for emotional and spiritual growth and well-being.   • No Liability is accepted for: loss of or damage to property belonging to or traveling with the members of any group.
